Niviom Technologies provides web development, mobile app development, desktop applications, software solutions, AI & automation, digital marketing, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.

All projects are undertaken based on a mutually agreed scope of work. A formal project proposal or contract will be shared before work begins, covering:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Revision and feedback process

• All payments are to be made as per the agreed payment schedule in the project proposal.
• An advance payment is required before the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any other mutually agreed method.
• Delayed payments may result in project timeline adjustments or temporary work suspension.

• Upon full payment, all deliverables and source code created for your project will be transferred to you.
• We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
• Any pre-existing frameworks, libraries, or tools used remain the property of their respective owners.

To ensure smooth project delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and information in a timely manner
• Provide clear and timely feedback during review cycles
• Designate a single point of contact for project communication
• Ensure any third-party credentials or access required are shared securely

The number of included revisions will be defined in the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

We strive to deliver all projects on time. However, timelines may be affected by:

• Delayed feedback or content from the client
• Scope changes requested mid-project
• Unforeseen technical challenges or third-party dependencies

We will communicate any expected delays proactively and work towards a revised timeline.

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties unless required by law. An NDA can be signed upon request before project discussions begin.

Niviom Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

• Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as per the terms outlined in the project agreement.
• In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to that point.
• Any deliverables completed and paid for will be handed over to the client.

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality or security
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without permission

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
